Mukta Sharma:
A management graduate from Pune with an interest in developing human potential, Mukta has a decade of overall experience in Sourcing, Training & Development and Consulting.
She started her career with an Advertising firm (TMI Network, now Quest TMI) involved in ‘concept selling’. She moved on to a firm dealing with HR related services. Having been on the forefront for a while, she used that knowledge and experience to understand the nuances of the business and hire the right fit for that business. She brought in business, though her role did not demand client interface. Over the years, she has built a long standing clientele, sourced talent across boundaries, helped people grow as individuals and better performers.
Mukta has recruited for different sectors like FMCG, IT/ITES, Core sectors and Educational Institutions as well. Training experience involved facilitating, developing and delivery of training programs. She holds a ‘TTT’ certification from GE and ‘CRA’ (Certified Recruitment Analyst) and ‘CRP’ (Certified Recruitment Professional) from CAMI – US and Middle Earth Consultants – Hyderabad. Later she was nominated as an assessor for the above mentioned certifications. Some of her Employers have been – Middle Earth Consultants, GECIS & Ernst & Young.
Sanket A. Potdar :
Sanket found his passion in training at a young age. He became one of the youngest certified Art of Living instructors at 20 years of age and started training college students and working professionals all over Maharashtra in life skills enabling them to become more efficient in their personal and work life. Later he became a Corporate trainer and has been successfully conceptualizing and conducting trainings for people from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
He has conceptualized and conducted trainings in corporate giants like Reliance, UTV, Bloomberg channel, etc. on topics ranging from Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, Effective Questioning, Analytical skills etc. He has also designed modules and conducted ‘Campus to Corporate’ trainings in MBA, Engineering, and Hotel Management colleges across Maharashtra on topics like Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Resume building, Communication skills etc. He was also invited by K.C. College and UPG College N.S.S. groups to conduct outbound trainings in Leadership and Team Building in their camps. Though young at age, his enthusiasm, sincerity and people skills help him to successfully train diverse audiences.
